Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
No Cancellation / Refund
Once the payment is successfully made and the value is credited to your Suivre Pay ID, the transaction cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Exception — Failed Delivery
If money is charged to your card or bank account, but the value is not delivered within 24 hours, you may request a refund.
How to Report
Email Suivre Pay at the customer service email listed on the Contact Us page.
Include the following details in your email:
- Transaction amount
- Transaction date
- Order number
- Transaction number
Refund Processing
If verified, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 45 working days from the date of your email.
